Fair Delivery Policy

     We have made an extra step when coming to product delivery and shipping, by keeping the lowest cost for shipping and fast delivery, at the most what we can do. Please read the following conditions to understand our fair policy for shipping and delivery.
     We have designed a fair policy on shipping and delivery to our customers. We are offering an exclusive package for local customers from Berlin area (see below for the areas covered), where we deliver the ordered products at their doorstep within 36 Hours without any shipping costs - free of charge (minimum 20 Euros). For customers living in Berlin area (little away from Berlin mitte), we charge lowest possible transport costs to keep our business model friendly and to give most satisfication to customers. For customers living inside Germany, we ship through courier delivery companies (for example: Hermes, GLS, DHL etc.), where their standard charges apply. Please contact us immediately after placing your orders to let us know about the delivery time, shipping costs etc.

      Our delivery and shipping plans are based according to the customer location in order to provide low shipping charges. The following are our plans:

Berlin Local Customers

Customers who are living in Berlin area close to the shop location (around 4 kms inside Berlin Mitte) are considered as "Berlin Local Customers". Typically local areas are Berlin-Mitte, Wedding, Tiergarten, Prenzlauer Berg, Neukölln, Kreuzberg.  As a local customer, you are valid for a free door delivery of ordered products with no extra costs. Also, customers can collect their ordered products at our shop directly during the opening hours. See "contact us" for more information on shop address and opening hours. Please order for atleast 20 Euros.

Berlin Customers

Customers who are living in Berlin but not close to the shop location (around 4 kms inside Berlin Mitte) are considered as "Berlin Customers". We are offering a door delivery for those customers also, provided a fuel cost for transportation. Currently, we have fixed a price of 2.99 Euros (short time offer) per order as shipping charge for door delivery. If the transportation cost is much higher than the fixed amount, we send the products through courier with a small amount of extra cost (usually 2-3 Euros extra upto 25 kgs). Alternatively, customers can also bundle their ordered products with some other customers from the same locality,where we can reduce our transportation costs, so that we charge you with the lowest transportation cost.

Customers from Germany

Customers who are living in Germany (but outside Berlin) are considered as "Inland Customers". In order to keep the shipping rates low, we have selected the cheapest courier service in Germany-Hermes Packet, as a standard shipping carrier. You can calculate the shipping costs directly on their website, which we charge you as shipping costs. See the following table for more information on shipping costs. Alternatively, customers can also recommend their own choice of shipping carriers, where the standard charges of the respective shipping company will be charged as shipping costs from us.

Customers from Europe (EU)

Customers who are living in Europe (European Union) and are not from the above mentioned groups, are considered as "EU Customers". If anyone interested for EU-wide shipping, please contact us even before you order the products. See the following table for shipping costs.

International Customers (Worldwide)

Customers who does not belong to the above groups are considered as "International Customers". Worldwide shipping charges are relatively high, so currently we are not doing any international shipping. If anyone interested for international shipping, they have to bear the total shipping costs, which is not economically advisable. In this case, please contact us even before you order the products.
